Refrigerated logistics

Preserving quality, safety and shelf life.

  • Reefer container management and temperature monitoring
  • Controlled loading, storage and discharge procedures
  • Cold-chain warehousing through approved third-party facilities
  • Continuous temperature compliance from production to delivery

These controls ensure full adherence to international food safety standards and to customer specifications.

Regulatory oversight

Paperwork that clears the first time.

All shipments are managed in line with international trade, food safety and regulatory requirements. Our logistics team oversees:

  • Health certificates, Halal certification, COO and export permits
  • Compliance with GCC, EU and international SPS regulations
  • Third-party inspection and quality verification where required
  • Full shipment traceability and audit-ready documentation

Execution model

Five control points between origin and delivery.

  1. 01

    Origin & vetting

Producers are approved on certification, biosecurity and processing capability before a single container moves.

  2. 02

    Loading & sealing

Controlled loading procedures, seal records and pre-trip reefer inspection at the point of stuffing.

  3. 03

    Reefer in transit

Continuous temperature monitoring across the voyage, with set-point and ventilation logged end to end.

  4. 04

    Documentation

Health certificates, Halal certification, certificate of origin and export permits issued audit-ready.

  5. 05

    Discharge & delivery

Cold-chain warehousing through approved third-party facilities, then door-to-port or door-to-door delivery.
