Hassan Shams
Founder & Owner
As the Founder and Owner of BHS, I established the company with a clear objective: to build a reliable, disciplined and values-driven commodity business rooted in trust and long-term partnerships.
With years of experience across international trading, supply chain management and market development, I recognised the growing need for dependable partners capable of navigating complex global markets while maintaining strict standards of quality, compliance and execution. BHS was created to meet this need — combining strong sourcing networks, operational expertise and a pragmatic approach to risk and logistics.
Today, BHS continues to grow as a trusted partner across food, agricultural and industrial commodity sectors. Our focus remains unchanged: to deliver consistency, transparency and value in every transaction, while building relationships that endure beyond individual trades.
